SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship to destinations within the continental United States and Canada using reliable standard and expedited carriers.  All products purchased from Saint O'Niell Alchemy are made pursuant to a shipping contract, meaning the risk of loss and title for all items pass to the customer upon our delivery to the carrier.  Please review our full Terms & Conditions for additional details. 

•  Complimentary Shipping
Complimentary shipping is offered on all qualifying orders of three or more candles shipped within the continental United States.

•  Seasonal & Weather Transit
Because our candles are hand-poured with natural waxes, orders shipped during extreme heat or high summer temperatures are carefully monitored and may be dispatched using temperature-protective transit to preserve product integrity.

•  Loss or Delayed Shipments
While we ensure every order is packaged with care at our atelier, Saint O'Niell Alchemy is not responsible for transit delays, carrier misplacement, or stolen packages once a delivery confirmation is issued by the carrier.  We strongly encourage tracking your shipment using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

RETURN POLICY

We value every customer and want you to be delighted with your Saint O'Niell Alchemy experience.

•  Eligibility & Timeframe
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from date of purchase.  To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unlit, undamaged and in their original pristine packaging.  Proof of purchase (such as your order number or confirmation email) is required. 

Please note:  Collection grid imagery is intended to convey the atmosphere, inspiration and scent profile of each creation.  Your purchase is exclusively for the physical, hand-poured container candle shown at the top of the Home page, within the Collection Grid, and on each product page.  Collection Grid imagery is not included with your order. 

•  Non-Returnable Items
Custom creations, gift certificates, sample sets, promotional/discontinued items, and third-party products not crafted by Saint O'Niell Alchemy are final sale and not eligible for return.

•  Initiating a Return
To begin a return, please email customer care at:  Contact@saintoniell.com with your order number and reason for return.

•  Return Shipping Details
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.  We strongly advise using the original shipping box and protective padding to ensure safe transit.  Candles that arrive damaged due to insufficient packaging will not be refunded.  Please use a trackable shipping carrier, as Saint O'Niell Alchemy is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.

•  Inspections & Refunds
Saint O'Niell Alchemy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sellable condition.  Once your return is received and inspected at our atelier, we will notify you via. email.  Approved refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.  Please allow 10 to 14 business days for your financial institution to process the credit.
