Presently, we ship within the continental US and Canada using the most cost-effective shipping methods available to our customers.  All products purchased from Saint O'Niell Alchemy are made pursuant to a shipping contract whereby the risk of loss and title for such items pass to the Customer upon our delivery to the carrier.

Free shipping is offered to customers within the continental US on orders exceeding $150.

RETURN POLICY

We value every customer and want you to be pleased with your purchase. 

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from date of purchase. 

Items eligible for return must be unused, undamaged and in their original product  packaging.  Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order number, order confirmation email, receipt).

To initiate a return, email us with your order number:  contact@saintoniell.com.

Please be advised you will be responsible for return shipping costs.  We suggest packaging your candle in the original shipping box with padding to ensure safe delivery.  Candles that arrive damaged due to insufficient packaging will not be refunded.  Please consider using a shipping service that provides tracking information, as Saint O'Niell Alchemy is not responsible for lost return packages. 

Saint O'Niell Alchemy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sellable condition.  Custom items, gift certificates, discontinued items and third-party items not produced by Saint O'Niell Alchemy are final sale and not eligible for return.

We will notify you by email once your return is received.  Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.  Please allow 10-14 days for processing your return.
