  • WHY are candles frequently listed as "Out of Stock"?

    Balancing supply and demand for an item that is perceived subjectively is challenging. While ALL of our candles are extraordinary, it is impossible to predict which scent profile will be the most popular given our vastly differing, unique tastes; and noses. Our candle science process involves a lengthy curing period post-pour which cannot be circumvented. Additionally, the construction of each profile is continually evaluated to determine if there is room for improvement. Adjusting a formulation may prolong the delay in its reappearance to the site; we believe you will find the wait to be well worth it.   • IF a product I want is out-of-stock, will you notify me when it is back in-stock? 

    Yes; when a candle is still in the curing process, i.e., not quite ready to ship, a "PRE-ORDER" button will appear inside of its product page instead of a "BUY NOW" button. By clicking the "PRE-ORDER" button and following through with placing your order, you are adding your name to the list to receive this candle when it is ready for shipment. Replenishment dates are added to the site for these temporarily out-of-stock candles as soon as known. If you require more specific information, you may email: contact@saintoniell.com .

  • WHEN will my order ship?

    Orders are usually fulfilled within 2 to 5 business days.  Order processing times may increase during high volume periods.

  • IS it possible to edit my order? 

    To add or remove products, update your shipping address or cancel your order, please send an email to: contact@saintoniell.com.  Please be advised that once your order has been assigned tracking information, we are unable to make changes to the order.

  • DO you offer complimentary shipping?

    We do offer complimentary ground shipping in the continental U.S. on orders in excess of $150.

  • WHY was my order cancelled?

    All orders are subject to our approval.  We reserve the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed based on incorrect pricing or availability information.  We do apologize for any inconvenience.

The Cure

Our candlemaking process requires every candle cure, undisturbed, for a defined period of time before being readied for sale. Because of this curing process, there may be occasions when we are unable to fulfill an order immediately. Please bear with us while we make every effort to replenish stock in a timely manner.
