  • WHY does my preferred candle say "Returning Soon"?

    As an independent atelier, each candle is poured by hand in deliberate, limited batches. When a scent shows "Returning Soon", it means the current release has sold through and the next iteration is actively in preparation.

    We continually review and refine our formulations to ensure peak performance, so restocks are crafted with intention rather than rushed. We appreciate your patience—the wait is always worth it.

  • CAN I be notified when a candle is back in-stock? 

    Restock dates are updated directly on the product page as soon as they are scheduled. If you have questions about a specific scent or timeline, you may email us anytime at: contact@SaintOniell.com .

  • WHAT is meant by "Companion Scents"?

    Scent rarely exists in isolation. Companion scents are curated pairings from our collection designed to harmonize across adjoining rooms or be burned sequentially throughout the day. Rather than competing, these fragrances possess shared or counterbalancing notes—allowing you to build a multi-dimensional olfactory atmosphere throughout your space.

  • WHEN will my order ship?

    Orders are prepared and fulfilled within 2 to 4 business days.  During peak release periods or holidays, processing times may extend slightly as each order is handled with care. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details as soon as your package is on its way.

  • IS it possible to edit my order? 

    Yes, provided it has not yet shipped. Email us at: contact@SaintOniell.com right away to adjust items or update your shipping address. Once your order has been assigned tracking information, no further changes can be made.

  • HOW can I qualify for free shipping?

    Complimentary ground shipping is automatically applied at checkout for all continental U.S. orders containing three (3) or more candles.

  • WHY was my order cancelled?

    While rare, an order may be canceled if an item suddenly becomes unavailable or if an unexpected pricing error occurs at checkout. The Cure

Our candlemaking process requires every vessel to cure, undisturbed, for a precise period of time before it is readied for sale. Because this curing stage cannot be rushed, availability may occasionally reflect our deliberate timeline. We appreciate your patience while we allow each batch to reach its full potential.
